• 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
• 113 grams unsalted butter at room temperature
• 3 Tablespoons Northern Ice Gewürztraminer Icewine
• 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted0 (don't skip sifting!)

Instructions

1. In the bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and Icewine on medium-high speed until very light, creamy, and smooth. On low speed gradually add in the sugar and beat until fluffy.
